Data sheet that the children color in and record data after investigating magnets. The children color in a smiley face if it is magnetic and a frowny face if it is non-magnetic. This assessment covers all of the standards. It is a one page (copy front and back) assessment to keep track of each student's growth throughout the year. These cards can be used multiple ways: 1.) Match numeral to set Students will use counting by 10s to count the ten frames in order to determine the quantity. They will then match the numeral card to the ten frame set. 2.) Print two copies. Match numeral to numeral. Match set to set. 3.) Play as go fish with two students. I teach kindergarten and played during small group first. The game was then used during math centers and the students played independently.

Print, tape together or hang on a decorative ribbon. If you are taping together I recommend you use scotch tape and tape on the back. Then laminate after you connect the pages.
