Teaching style
My teaching style is as hands on as possible. I like to help students apply information and knowledge in a creative and personal way.
My own education history
I earned my B.S. in History from Illinois State University. I later returned to Illinois State University to gain my History Education Certificate. I also have a M.Ed in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages from Grand Canyon University, and a M.Ed in School Administration of Indiana State University.
Additional biographical information
I live and teach in Southern Indiana. I have presented at the National Middle School conference, Teaching American History Conference in Chicago, and had a poster session at the 2013 Annual NCSS Conference. I have been at the admin level since 2018, first district level and now building level.
