This is a book I read to my students when we are learning about the 3D shapes sphere, cone, cylinder & cube. It's a simple & repetetive story that the kids pick up on quickly. It also helps kids understand the difference between flat shapes (square, circle, rectangle & triangle) and 3D shapes. If you are a preschool teacher and only teach basic shapes you can leave the 3D shapes pages out and the story still makes sense. Update: I have added a black and white reproducible copy of the book.

Smartboard Number Sense activity for numbers 1-10. Students move pictures to show representations of a specific number. This is an introduction I use whole group but can also be used small group. I follow up this activity with my Number Sense Worksheets (also on TPT).

Students make their way through the maze only covering the focus letter on that page. Activities to compliment Pirate Week activities. Kids learn pirate vocabulary along with some fun Pirate words. There is also a writing component and a few math centers/games included in the pack.
