Teaching style

I teach a lot of small group centers. I teach mini lessons for reading and writing workshop and then break into centers where I hold small groups to work more on their level. I like to teach engaging and fun lessons where my students can think critically and learn to problem solve.

Awards & shining teacher moments

I have been chosen to be a leader at my school by serving on the SBDM council for the past two years. I have also had experience with being a technology leader in the building.

My own education history

I have my bachelors degree in Elementary Education and my Masters in Teacher as a Leader with an endorsement in Instructional Computer Technology.

Additional biographical information

I love my little family. My husband and 2 daughters light up my world.
