These student information cards are so handy when I need to contact a parent. All the information I need is right there... don't need to look it up in the computer or flip through my student files. I copy these cards on card stock, have the parents fill it out, laminate, punch a hole in the corner, and then put on a ring. I keep it on my filing cabinet for quick and easy access.
