FUN TO LEARN! Activity Open A Geode scientific method sheet Learn how a geode forms. Inexpensive geodes can be purchased at hobby stores, museums and the internet. One geode per student or group or teacher demonstration. Students can take home their findings or display them at Open House. Great hands-on way to learn!

Two sets - Primary and Secondary - You choose! To be used with Student Experiment or Teacher Demonstration. Students will reinforce the steps of the scientific method as they conduct experiments and fill-in these two page worksheets. They can be also be used as the teacher is demonstrating. National Science Content Standards are implemented in these handouts.

They will not forget eating Muffins as an experiment in your class! Students will make muffins from simple muffin mixes. This is an inexpensive (buy ingredients at discount store) and fun experiment that helps students understand the difference between chemical and physical reaction and change.
