I love that you have an owl theme! As a first year Kindergarten teacher at a school where the mascot is an owl, it comes in really handy! I only wish the name plates came with D'Nealian letters and numbers so I could use them as well.

I bought Antsy Antonym Games and tried to use it with my class. The kids were confused because we had learned about antonyms and they were so excited to play the games but all the instructions kept referring to synonyms. Can that be changed in your directions so that I can reprint the directions with the correct word so as to ease confusion for my kids and my Educational Assistants? Thanks. Just a wee glitch but it seems to be a significant one since we learned about synonyms recently.

I purchased the ELA Common Core Index Cards - 2nd Grade and they are wonderful. There appears to be a mistake on the eighth reading foundations card (RF 2.4). It says "I can with accuracy and fluency". Shouldn't it say "I can READ with accuracy and fluency"?

I prefer primary colors too, so I thought about it. The owl colors I had were pastel and didn't match the primary colored polka dots. I'm on the hunt for some bright colored owls, though, so look for them in the future!

I do have the same problem in my classroom! I tell my students that many books have two homes and I'm ok with the books going in either spot. For example, Arthur's Christmas can go in the Christmas bin or the Arthur bin. I'm pretty flexible about that and they are really good about putting books back where they belong. Hope that helps!

Hi Sara. I love these posters -- they are adorable & match my room perfectly! However, in my school we have "East" Walkers & "West" Walkers. Is there any way that I can change these to fit our school's dismissal options?? I would love to be able to use these :-)

Thanks! Unfortunately, they are not editable as of right now, due to the Terms of Use of the clipart I used. I am in the process of learning how to embed the graphics. It might take some time, but I am determined to figure it out!
