About the store

Experience

I began teaching in 2010. Over the years, I've taught in first grade and second grade. Currently I teach in a second grade inclusion classroom.

Teaching style

My teaching style is still developing. Each year I try to have a central focus so that I can build my knowledge and skills to be the best teacher that I can be. I try to make my lessons as hands-on and meaningful as I can. I am also a firm believer in differentiating my instruction so the needs of all learners can be met.

My own education history

I attended the same school district pre k - 12 as I currently teach in. After graduation I attended the University of Toledo from 2006-2010.

Additional biographical information

I love to share resources that I create or find with other teachers and my colleagues. I believe sharing can help to make everyone improve, no matter how long a teacher has been teaching.
