About the store
As of August 2014, I'm the RtI Coordinator at an elementary school, and I couldn't be more excited about this new chapter! I've taught for eight years, with six years in 4th grade and 2 years in 3rd grade. I spent several years as the teacher representative on the RtI PST, and worked with a team of about 5 brilliant ladies to create over 500 intervention activities for teachers to use at the Tier 1 level in their classrooms. I received CCI training while teaching fourth grade, and was lucky enough to spend my first years of teaching in a school that fully utilized data to guide instruction. It helped shape me as an educator.

Teaching style
If I'm not having fun, the kids probably aren't either. Games are a great way to foster a fun-loving environment while still giving me the data I need. I put a lot of time and thought into creating games that target specific skills based on data from my kids, but it's essential to me that the prep/set-up is minimal. Print, cut, play!
With my new endeavor beginning, I look forward to providing more RtI resources.
