Students draw 2 dominoes from a bag, recording one vertically as the fraction and the other horizontally as the whole number. From here, they compute the product following the appropriate steps (converting the whole number into an improper fraction and multiplying straight across).

I have 7+ years of experience teaching Math, Science, and Social Studies to intermediate grade elementary students

Teaching style

I am a hands-on minds-on teacher. I try to incorporate as many hands-on, interactive and inquiry-based activities as possible, as I feel that this keeps students interested, having fun, and most importantly, learning at their highest potential.

No real honors per say, just the honor of teaching and educating young minds, which is rewarding enough for me :)

I have a Bachelor's Degree in Early Elementary Education P-5, with a component in Mathematics, as well as a Master's Degree in Education with a Teacher Leader endorsement.
