Description

Fantasy writing can be hard for students to plan and organize! Use this digital resource to make the planning process easier and more fun. Students begin by planning out the main character, setting, problem/solution, and supporting characters. They can even plan out the magical item and "bad or evil character".

Use the summary sheet to plan out the basics of the plot. Then have students choose a story mountain organizer to plan out the rising action, climax, and falling action. After the stories are completed have your students use the peer editing sheet.

This product includes:

  • Teacher notes
  • Link to the Google Slides student pages
  • Digital & printable peer editing sheet - color and black and white options

***This resource also has a digital version using EASEL - TpT's new digital tool. After purchase, click the "Open in Easel" button. This will allow you to access a digital version with movable pieces and/or text boxes. You can edit the digital overlay or use it as is. Click here to learn more about TpT’s digital activities.***
