How to Write a Fall Haiku Worksheet with Example
This simple worksheet is a great way to introduce students to the art of the haiku. It features a haiku sample and a guide to help them follow the syllabic pattern. This is a short activity that I like to do around Thanksgiving. I had my 7th graders cut out leaves on fall-colored paper to write their haikus on so I could hang them on the wall. They really enjoyed this creative break.
