Description
If you're looking for a way to celebrate the 100th day of school and you teach older children, here is a math Tic Tac Toe project that is customizable and geared toward 4th-7th graders. Just about all components are included in the project, from measurement to numbers and operations to probability to time. A grading sheet is included.
One note - there is an activity in the Tic Tac Toe that mentions for the student to measure his/her own steps and determine how many steps it is to places of interest near the school. The teacher will need to include a map (Google Map, etc.) along with a map key and names of the places of interest. (such as a library, City Hall, a large company, a local grocery store, a restaurant, the city park, etc.)
Happy computing, and congratulations on making it to the 100th school day of the year!
