This is a 12 Week Program designed for High School athletes. This program contains 12 weeks that a broken up into 3 phases hypertrophy, strength, and power. There are 4 workouts per week and each phase last 4 weeks. There are a wide variety of exercises in this program to keep your athletes excited and engaged. There is a symbols key at the bottom of the document to help with acronym conversion. The design of this program is to create athletes who are more explosive, and powerful but also injury resistant due to the mobile aspect of the program.
