Use this handout with my excel of 168 hours in a week, to present to your kids at the beginning of the year, a great way to keep track of their time and be good stewards of it.

This handout is an example of all the things that are required of us during a weeks time. Everything that is mandatory is first subtracted from the total 168 hours we all have in a week. Whatever is leftover at the end then is what we have as free time! How will you choose to spend it? Poorly or Wisely?
