These printable algebra tiles have been invaluable to me. I've use them with 6th graders learning integers for the first time, 7th graders to solve equations, and even high schoolers who needed some remediation. It's time consuming to cut them out (because I'm a perfectionist and didn't want to let the kids do it themselves) but it's been worth it because I've used them A LOT. I LOVE that the file is set up to print one side red and the other side a different color, just like "real" algebra tiles. I confess, I have a really nice class set of plastic ones, but I generally prefer to use these because I don't stress over kids losing or misusing them. I can always print another set if need be.

Such a great resource! I have a students that have been having difficulties understanding factoring polynomials. These algebra tiles allowed them to have a physical connection to the concept. Thanks for sharing!
