18: collect and sort data (this included the a bar graph, number chart, pictograph, & tally chart)

Unit 3 includes:
19: understand tens
20: counting to 120
21: understand tens and ones
22: compare numbers
23: tell time
24: money

Unit 4 includes:

25: add and subtract tens

26: understand 10 more and 10 less

27: add tens to any numbers

28: add two-digit and one-digit numbers

29: add two-digit numbers
