This is a tool that has worked wonderfully in my classroom to promote parent communication and involvement, as well as responsibility in students. I have my parents initial in the box each night, and students are responsible for returning the sheet signed each day.

Both the PDF version and Word Document are included in case you should want to edit anything. The only difference in the Word Document version will be the font that you see, as I have downloaded fonts onto my personal computer for the creation of my products.
