Introduction
WebQuests are an evidence-based practice for gifted and talented learners. They can also be used for students in a mixed-ability group and have been proven to increase reading comprehension. In this booklet, I wrote 21 WebQuests for students in grades 4 through 12 that focus on famous explorers, inventors and scientists. Each set has 7 to 10 questions that students need to research and answer. As a bonus, I included a quest on the next generation of astronauts that requires students to write personal letters to this new generation of heros.
Instructions for Students
Use Google or another internet browser to research the answers to the questions included in this packet. Write your answers in complete sentences. Upload to your Google Classroom or write them on paper.
