Description
This is an entire semester's worth of weight lifting workouts. The bundle includes two 12 week weight lifting programs that focuses on major muscle groups and Olympic lifts. Student athletes should have a max number for bench press, back squat, overhead press, and deadlift. However, the program can be modified for student athletes to complete the reps with weights they can handle. I suggest completing max testing between the 12 week programs.
