Description

The 1,2,3,4,5,5 Suite is an original suite of six movements for easy recorder using the notes G,A,B,C & D.

Each movement can be used as a stand-alone piece of music or as a full concert suite.

Designed to be easy to use as a full class piece or for a child or small group who need more of a challenge.

It starts with just one note (G) and adds more notes as the work progresses until GABCD are used in the last two movements.

The PREVIEW file is the first half or so of each piece.

The movements are

  1. Just the One .... (G)
  2. Two Together .... (G & A)
  3. Three's a Crowd .... (G,A & B)
  4. Four Note Friends .... (G,A,B & C)
  5. The Fanfare Five .... (G,A,B,C & D)
  6. All Together .... (G,A,B,C & D)

Hope you enjoy...

Included in the Pack

  • MP3 files with a Recorder playing the melody, which is a great help while learning the pieces.
  • MP3 files (with no recorder) to act as backing or performance tracks.
  • PDF of the Piano and Recorder Score

The piano part is easy to play and could possibly be managed by one of the children.

Thank you. My husband enjoyed writing it and my students loved to play it. We played it for the Christmas concert. I hope you and your students really love it.
