3 In A Row

This game is similar to tic-tac-toe. Students take turns turning over object cards and placing them on their game board. The first one to fill a row with three objects of the same shape wins the game.

Shape Race

Students take turns turning over two object cards. If both cards show the same shape, the students moves to the next space on the board. The first one to reach the end wins.

These are all simple, easy to learn games. Simplified instructions with picture icons are included on the game boards.

The boards are provided in both letter and ledger size so you can print larger boards if you like.

✅ SHAPE WORKSHEETS

Includes 4 cut-and-paste shape sorting worksheets.

  • Is it a circle?
  • Is it a square?
  • Is it a triangle?
  • Square or Triangle?

On the first three worksheets, students cut out 6 pictures of objects and glue them onto a chart to show whether they are the target shape or not. On the last worksheets, students cut and sort squares and triangles into the correct category.
