Description
This is a fully editable data tracker that has been formatted to color code scores for 2nd-grade Acadience Math progress monitoring.
How it works:
I use this product to keep track of my whole class progress monitoring using both the Computation and Concepts and Applications assessments. I progress each assessment once a month according to the rules my district has set, but yours may be different.
- First, make a copy of the sheet.
- Next, fill in your students’ names in the spaces provided on both the Computation and Concepts and Applications sheets at the bottom.
- Then each time you have progress monitored, change the date under the time of year (BOY= beginning of year, MOY= middle of year, EOY= end of year), and enter each student’s score next to their name. The sheet will automatically change color depending on their score (Red- well below benchmark, Yellow- below benchmark, Green- on benchmark, Blue- well above benchmark). The sheet will also automatically average your class scores at the bottom of the page.
