Description
A Data Notebook is a space for students to track their progress in meeting goals. This Data Notebook is designed to include a student’s progress towards goals in the areas of:
-Reading
-Writing
-Math
-Behavior
-Attendance
It’s important to remember that the MOST critical piece of using Data Notebooks is conferring with students. Conferring with a student is a simple conversation about the student’s progress towards a goal. It includes setting up a goal and an action plan, and monitoring progress towards that goal. The exciting part is celebrating when a goal has been met! This Data Notebook provides the space for recording the results of those conversations.
