Engage your students in practicing naming shapes and their attributes with this resource. Using these spring task cards, students will practice naming different shapes and determining the number of sides (2D shapes) or faces (3D shapes) each shape has. These task cards are a simple and exciting way for students to practice naming shapes and their attributes. They are easy to print and add to any math center or assign digitally through Google platforms.
These task cards are available digitally through Google Slides™ and are also printable as well. They are spring themed and no prep-- just print the cards or assign digitally to use as a math center!
CCSS Alignment:
- 2.G.A.1 Recognize and draw shapes having specified attributes, such as a given number of angles or a given number of equal faces. Identify triangles, quadrilaterals, pentagons, hexagons, and cubes.
