Description

Your students will become word problem super stars with this simple printable booklet. All you need to do is hit print 1:2, staple and slice the pages in half. Students will represent and solve 12 word problems involving addition and subtraction.
(CCSS.Math.Content.2.OA.A.1) Students will use addition and subtraction within 100 to solve one- and two-step word problems involving situations of adding to, taking from, putting together, taking apart, and comparing, with unknowns in all positions, e.g., by using drawings and equations with a symbol for the unknown number to represent the problem. Most of the problem pages require students to show their work two different ways!

As students complete each word problem page, they can color in one space on their awards page. Or, you can have them sticker each space. An answer key is available.
