This resource includes both PRINT and Digital options. Use the Google Forms version which gives students instant feedback or print the no-prep fun math coloring activity.

5 Google Forms - Digital Math Mystery Pixel Art Images

  • 10 questions that gradually increase in difficulty
  • Instant Feedback - Students are prompted to go back and try again if the incorrect answer is chosen
  • Perfect for independent math centers - all students will receive a 100% once they get to the submit button
  • Students are asked to rate their level of understanding before they submit the form

* PAPER OPTION:

  • 5 Printable 1 page with 10 questions
  • 5 Printable 1 page color by code worksheet (half-page included to save on paper)

I love these as fun little independent activities to work on targetted skills in class. My students are significantly below grade level and typical struggle with independent work- but these fun quick activities give me an idea if the students are getting it or not
