Engage your students while improving their division skills with these fall-themed task cards! These cards provide thirty (30) problems to solve, with the option to use the standard algorithm or the "Big 7" (or partial quotient) strategy.

This resource targets the skill of 3-digit by 1-digit division with:

  • 2-digit quotients
  • quotients with no remainders

Here are just a few ways to use the 3-digit by 1-digit division task cards:

  • Whole-class review, using the "Scoot" game
  • Daily warm-up exercises
  • Equation cards for modeling and small group instruction
  • Math centers

This resource includes:

  • An anchor chart demonstrating the "Big 7" (partial quotient) strategy
  • Thirty 3-digit by 1-digit division task cards (with and without remainders)
  • Three bonus cards with fun questions and a "create your own" equation
  • Two choices of recording sheets (Numbered boxes or open (any task card) boxes)
  • Quick-check answer key for easy grading
