Description

This bundled resource includes three ready-to-go lessons and a fun, original story that can be used to teach multiple ELA skills to a middle school/ high school audience.

This is a Halloween activity suited for lessons taught in autumn. Each lesson has an attractive and well-organized Google Slides presentation based on the original text called "Trick or Treat" that can be completed in class or remotely.


Each presentation includes:

  • an agenda that can double as a lesson plan
  • notes on each topic
  • slides with links to recommended videos
  • slides to encourage discussion & participation
  • opportunity for students to enhance critical thinking skills
  • and a slide that provides for independent work during the lesson.


Homework Bonuses: The story is provided as a separate text that can be assigned in Google Classroom as a student copy. There is a homework slide - different for each lesson - that can also be copied and shared.
