Print AND digital multiplication practice activities. Children will practice their 3 times tables using 14 different coloring page printables. These coloring page activities consolidate 3 times table knowledge when you are teaching multiplication, then they become an engaging fast finisher activity, as children color the picture. This resource began as a 'multiplication circle' type activity - it provides the same practice as a multiplication circle plus an engaging coloring activity.
A digital version (in full color), which can be assigned both in the classroom and during distance learning, is also included.
When you download the Google Drive folder, you will receive:
- a PDF with 14 different coloring pages to practice the 3 times table (equations from 0 x 3 through 12 x 3), as follows:
- 9 seasonal coloring pages (some of these can also be used year-round):
- Fall
- Halloween
- Thanksgiving
- Christmas
- Winter
- Valentine's Day
- St. Patrick's Day
- Spring
- Easter
- 5 all year round coloring pages:
- Classroom Clock
- Under the Sea
- On the Road (Parking Lot)
- Transportation (Circus Train)
- Animals (Chickens on a Farm)
- Google Slides version of the PDF coloring pages. The GS version is in full color. Children complete the 3 times table equations on the page; they also count groups of 3 items to create a 3 times table equation. They can then identify which 3 times table equations are missing from the picture, and write those at the top of the page.
TPT will make a copy of the Google Slides activity for you and put it into your Google Drive. Once you have your own copy, you can edit that copy and assign different slides of your choice to your pupils. The PDF is also in the Google Drive folder, and you can simply download it to your computer (or print from Google Drive).
Answer Keys for each coloring page are included for quick marking. NOTE: the Answer Keys are with the printable PDF, rather than with the Google Slide (color) version of this activity. This means you don't have to delete them before you assign the Google Slides document to your class. You can also, of course, chose to only assign certain slides to your class, by making a copy of the Google Slides document, and deleting the slides you don't wish to assign.
