"I used this in our homeschool and it was a hit! I just used velcro dots on printed and laminated sheets but I think when my littlest gets to where we will use this, I will change to a file folder game instead. There are so many uses for this and it is easy to print and use as is with minimal prep. "

Description

Your students will love working on their 3D shape skills with this fun, engaging and hands-on activity. Students need to find the different 'regular' objects to the matching shapes that they belong to. The clipart images are copies of 'real life' objects.

This activity is a great starter for you to encourage your students to look around them in their environment and to recognise the different shapes of things around them.

There are 6 different 3D shape sorting pages included in this activity.

The 3D shapes included are:

♦ Cone

♦ Cube

♦ Cylinder

♦ Pyramid

♦ Sphere

♦ Triangular Prism

Some shapes come with 9 shape images to match, others come with fewer - ranging between 6-9.

You can either use this as a re-usable activity where you laminate it all and use velcro or it can be used as a worksheet for students to cut and stick.

★ Comes in b/w and col option for your printing preference. ★

Appropriate for American and British/Canadian etc. classrooms.
