This math project for 3rd grade or advanced/gifted 2nd grade leads students through an engaging math story about dragons in which they find the sum of 4 addends, complete tables, and solve problems about dividing 3 digit numbers into four equal groups.

Students finish this project with their very own 9-page book that tells the story 4 dragons who are on a treasure hunt for gold.
