"I bought all your math lessons and exit tickets. I love that each day it would expand on the previous day's topic before introducing the new topic. The exit tickets are quick, easy and to the point. This was a great addition to my math lessons!"

"I used this along with our Bridges Units on fractions. A great informal assessment of the learning. These exit tickets are visual and supported where students struggled and how I could push them further. Thanks for sharing and creating!"

Description

*I do have bundle of all math lessons*

This resources contain 8 fraction lessons geared towards third grade. However, they are made on Google Slides, so you could modify them for other grade levels, or use them as a review for 4th or 5th grade. Each lesson also has a short two question exit ticket.

The lessons include:

-Intro to fractions (parts of a fraction, what fractions are)

-Making fractions

-Fractions of sets or groups of items

-Mixed numbers

-Fractions on a number line

-Equivalent fractions

-Comparing Fractions

-Fractions of a number/set (1/4 of 24)

I use these lessons as my whole group lesson. Some students may need additional practice on a certain lesson. I use the exit ticket and observation to make guided groups to meet students needs. This resource is intended to be used for the initial whole group lesson, it does not contain additional lessons to be used for students who need more practice. However, it's easy to make a copy of each lesson and change the numbers to give students new practice.

*The clipart is not editable. You can remove and add in your own clipart/image, but the images included were purchased and can't directly be manipulated. (for example, if a fraction shoes 3/5 you can't change the image, you would have to delete the image and add in your own to replace it.)
