Use as a "Scoot Game": Print and laminate the cards. Place cards around the classroom. I like hanging them around the room in order so the students can get up and move while they review. Students use their answer sheet to record answers as they move from one question to the next. Usually, I give students a set amount of time before I say "Scoot". This is when the students all move to the next problem. Students can work as partners or individually.

Use with any game board: Replace original board question cards with task cards. Students roll the dice and move that many spaces if their answer is correct. Connect Four is also a great game to use with task cards. I would have all of the players solve the problems and discuss answers to check.

Product includes:

  • 24 task cards (Go Math Chapter 5) (CCSS3.OA.A.3 & CCSS3.OA.A.4)
  • 1 student answer sheet
  • 1 teacher answer key
