Description

3rd Grade Interactive Smart Board Lesson for Math Test Preparation in Reading and Writing Whole Numbers. Smart Response Remotes can be used at the end of this lesson as well, but are not required. This lesson goes into teaching students how to read and write whole numbers, and how to compose and decompose numbers. Students can come up to the Smart Board and interact with it to help keep them engaged in the lesson. At the end of each lesson is a quiz with 5 questions that will help provide another assessment of student understanding. This is my first Smart Board Lesson I am sharing with TPT, so its a freebie. These lessons are the first step to scaffold students up to the future lessons I will be posting which will be aligned to the new math CCSS.

This was a great lesson!! My students loved playing the group work activity. It really helped them get a better understanding about reading and writing whole numbers.
