Description

Having a hard time finding rigorous math questions that are standards based? Take the guess work out of finding questions asked in various ways. Prepare your students with this spiral review. Assign all questions or work through a little at a time. Interactive digital slides now included in this resource listing.

The pack comes with 6 main categories, 72 unique rigorous test like questions in Google Slides and print versions, spinners, recording sheets, answer key, and suggestions on usage.

6 categories with 12 questions each:

- Blue- Place Value

- Pink- Data Analysis/graphs, Money, Time

- Purple- Addition and Subtraction

- Green- Geometry, Shapes, Area, Perimeter

- Red- Fractions

- Yellow- Multiplication and Division

Use throughout the year as a spiral review or before state testing.

We really enjoy playing Math Challenge in my classroom. With this set of cards, students are in small groups. Each person gets a recording sheet. Students spin the color for their next card. Once students answer the question they check in with me. If they get it right the first time without help, they earn 2 points. If they get it wrong or need help, they receive one point once the question is answered. At the end of the game (can be at the end of the task cards or a set time), the students that have the most points receive an award.

Cards can also be used as a scoot or task card hunt around the room. Great way to review for STAAR or other standardized tests.
