This lesson planning form puts everything in one place and makes you accountable to include all facets with EACH standard. What a great addition to your formal lesson plans! I have additional themes and grade levels available in my store. If you need a particular grade or subject in a particular theme that is not posted, let me know and I will make those for you. I can also customize your background if you tell me what you prefer like I did with this Super Cute Ladybug theme. Just email me your requests :)

Thank you! Love the ladybug design. I am very pleased with this. I'm sorry a few other left negative reviews. As you stated, these are forms - not actual lesson plans. Thank you for adding the "notes" page. I was going to suggest maybe adding a page with the template (without the standard at the top) to the file. That way, you could continue your planning if you run out of space. Thanks for considering and for helping me to get organized! :)
You are so welcome, Christine. Thank you for the positive feedback. I try very hard to give clear, accurate descriptions of my products. I don't know if y'all are using TKES yet for teacher evaluation, but I feel these will be very helpful in the documentation piece that will be expected, also.
