Description

For a high interest math enrichment activity for 3rd grade early finishers and math centers, try this fun and unique clip card set! Your students will practice mental math, factors, multiples, geometry, & more as they solve a multi-step riddle on each card!

If you’re already using 120 Riddle Cards for the Hundred Chart for Third Grade, you’ll find that this clip card set is a great companion resource. Use the riddle cards to introduce the problem solving process to your whole class, and then put this set of cards in your math centers or math rotations for independent use.

Easy to prepare - just print, cut, and supply your students with binder clips or paper clips to mark their answers! You could also laminate the cards and have your students indicate their answers with an erasable marker. Make them self-correcting by marking the correct answer with a small dot on the back of each card!

Here are the topics addressed in these math riddle cards.

  • Area
  • Factors
  • Multiples
  • Place value
  • Addition through 1000
