**Great review for Florida's new F.A.S.T. Progress Monitoring testing under the new B.E.S.T. math standards.** This test simulation was designed after the 2020 Florida Standards Assessment Test Item Specifications. With that said, it's a great review for other Common Core based tests, including AZMerit. Georgia Milestones, NC EOG, Virginia SOL, TN Ready, Ohio State Test, Massachusetts MCAS, etc.
This is a simulation for the 3rd Grade Math FSA that I've used in my class every year to help students get a sense of what the FSA is like. I typically give the test in January or February and then again in late March. This has helped us not only to practice testing stamina as we approach the FSA, but its also a good platform from which to launch conversation about how to solve certain types of problems (strategies for multiple choice, multi-select, fill-in-the-blank, etc.).
The true 3rd Grade Math FSA has 60-64 questions. This packet has 60 questions split into two different 80-minute sessions (just like the real FSA). I have also included a key showing which questions align to which standards. I always put student scores (per question) into a spreadsheet and sort them so that I can see which students are struggling in which domains, and that helps me to target skill-building in small groups or one-on-one as a last-minute help for the FSA.
An answer key is included.
Thank you for visiting my store. Please follow my store, as I am frequently adding new test prep (and other) materials. Thank you.
