This resource includes 10 self-grading, standards-based pre-tests in Google Forms. Over 75 questions are included in all! These quizzes make it easy to get a snapshot of your students’ strengths and areas of growth for each standard so that you can plan math units more effectively!
There are so many ways to use these:
- beginning of the year assessment
- pre-test before starting a new math unit
- post-test
- entrance/exit ticket
- spiral review

How do these work?
You will receive links to 10 separate Google Forms. You can edit the Forms if needed and then send a link to your students. Students simply open the Forms and answer the multiple-choice questions. Once they submit their work, Google Forms automatically collects and grades their responses for you!
Skills covered include:
- number sense (whole numbers and fractions)
- addition and subtraction of whole numbers
- multiplication and division facts through 10 x 10
- counting money and making change
- measurement (length, liquid volume, weight/mass, perimeter, and area)
- telling time and determining elapsed time
- geometry (polygons)

- numerical patterns
