These 3rd Grade Math Test Prep Google Forms/Task Cards are great practice to help you plan for small groups and get your students for the state test. One way to do this, is to give your students one google form for each domain a week. This will allow you to have data to drive your instruction for at least a month!

All five domains of the Common Core standards are included - Operations and Algebraic Thinking, Numbers & Operations in Base Ten, Numbers & Operations, Fractions, Measurement and Data, and Geometry.

There are 40 total math review questions for each domain. There are four google form quizzes with 10 questions in each. There is a total of 240 math review questions!

These resources can be used in two ways: 

• Assign the google forms (it will self-grade!)

(The google forms will ask you to make a force copy for your own google drive)

OR 

• Print and laminate the task cards 
• Print the recording sheet
• Print the answer key so the students can self check

   *Using either way, the students can record their data for each set*

These quizzes will provide you with great data to help drive small group instruction! These google forms or task cards can also be given as review!
