3rd grade math test preparation is engaging and fun using this PowerPoint game. Students choose math categories to answer questions that address third grade Common Core Standards. This 24 problem game is ready to use with little to no preparation. Just download the zip file and you are ready to go. Optional recording sheets are the only thing that you would need to print.
There are 6 different categories from which students can choose: Multiplication, Division, Fractions, Word Problems, Measurement and Time, and Graphing. There are 4 problems in each category ranging from 100 points to 400 points. The problems increase in difficulty as the points increase.
You can play this game as a whole group in teams, or you can play in small groups. Have students choose a category and for the amount of points. Students can self check using the answer button where the answer will be revealed. Problems that are answered will disappear from the question board.
