My students love this resource. I have used the premade pixel art, as well as edited it to work with exactly what I am teaching during the time. Simple, fun, and super engaging! Especially when there is a secret message the students have to tell me to turn it in.

I don't use these in the typical way, but I still love them! I have been doing a lot of them in my small group intervention times, with the whole group and working through each problem together. These are such a fun and engaging way for the students to invest their hard work and see the benefits of perseverance, combined with the benefit of having the self-check along the way. I also love that they are aligned to math standards, and will certainly continue to use these as we progress through other grade level standards.
