This addition + subtraction project can be used as a digital Google resource or can be printed and used in class. Students will have the opportunity to calculate costs relevant to three different luxury vacations and answer questions to make each destination unique for them by answering word problems. Project based learning allows students to use their math skills while being creative and applying their knowledge to real-life situations. 

What's Included In the Full Product?

In this resource there are 3 luxury vacations that students will go on. There is a description of the vacations at the beginning of each new vacation. For each of the luxury vacations they will need to determine the cost of flights, accommodations, excursions, and the total cost of the trip. 

Included in the luxury vacations are also creative tasks for the students to complete, such as, naming the island they are visiting, choosing which excursion to participate in, choosing professional athletes to join them on an excursion, and more.
