These cards were just what my students needed to practice the tricky concept of multiplicative comparison word problems. These might be better for the beginning of the year because the numbers are small. However, for those just figure out the concept, it's good that they numbers are easy to compute and they can spend their time deciding whether to multiply or divide. Several of the cards are also a combined total, which is always more challenging.
