This product is a great way to keep track of data on any number of students and automatically convert it in to a spread sheet! I love organized data that takes no extra effort and can be accessed by anyone, anywhere! This is a also a great way to keep close communication with intervention teachers and administration.
How would I use this Google Form?
After making my copy, I would create a QR code for this and tape/glue a copy to each child's folder or journal so that any teacher or para could scan the document and add data for that student! You could make individual copies for students or one copy for the class. From the google spreadsheet, you can easily sort by date, name, TEKS, or teacher.
