This editable powerpoint is aligned to the 4th Grade Go Math Chapter 7 curriculum and lessons. It goes through all the lessons and covers all the major concepts in the chapter including: adding unit fractions, decomposing fractions, adding/subtracting fractions with and without models, converting improper fractions to mixed numbers and mixed numbers to improper fractions, adding and subtracting mixed numbers, renaming mixed numbers in order to subtract, and problem solving. This powerpoint will guide you through your instruction and provides many opportunities for student participation and practice!
One thing to note:
* I combined lessons 7.3 and 7.4- add/subtract fractions using models. You could easily separate slides if you plan to teach separately.
