This packet is meant to be used as a pre/post-assessment tool for a 4th grade place value unit. Activities include:
- Using pictures to represent a number to the hundred thousands place
- Identifying the place, value, and digits within a 5 digit number
- Comparing two five-digit numbers using >,< and = symbols
- Rounding numbers to the nearest hundred thousand, ten thousand, thousand, hundred, ten, and one
- Identifying what x more or less of a number would be where x is a multiple of 10
An answer key and corresponding Common Core standards are included.
