Description
Teaching 4th grade multi-step word problems can be TOUGH! These 24 multi-step word problem task cards provide fourth graders with the PERFECT practice when preparing for end of the year testing! These math task cards align with 4.OA.3.
Each question has multiple parts that the student has to complete before they come to a final answer. My students never seem to get enough practice with word problems--which is why I created these! They will provide you with extra practice with some of the trickiest fourth grade concepts.
Choose between black and white task cards or colored. These task cards can be used with a game, in a scavenger hunt, or by simply having students solve each one!
All twenty-four task cards are multiple choice so students are able to practice eliminating wrong answers. I have also included answers in each question that may trick students if they go too quickly or do not solve the question correctly.
I hope these multi-step word problem task cards help your students as much as they have helped my class!
