Description

Editable PowerPoint and non-editable PDF for 34 weeks. It is a spiral review of all the Common Core standards for 4th grade mathematics. The first few weeks also review 3rd grade Common Core standards.

Monday through Thursday are on two pages that can be printed front to back on one page.

There are also answer keys for each week.

I used this product this year with my 4th grade class and found it to be very beneficial for their growth. It is an excellent product for reviewing and maintaining core concepts in the 4th grade math curriculum. I hope you find this product to be helpful for your class.

Although I teach fifth grade, I used this spiral review homework for students with learning disabilities because it closely resembles our fifth grade spiral review homework. My select students don’t feel embarrassed to have different homework and even remind me to give them this version of homework every week.

I love using this resource for my students weekly homework. I send it home Monday and it is due Friday. I found it tedious to grade so I'm working on a solution for that. The only thing I'm unhappy with are the typos and mistakes on the answer documents and a few throughout the documents. I have to check each one thoroughly before using it for grading. Overall, I'm happy with it and will continue to use it. I like that it spirals in basics that kids need practice with!

Know relative sizes of measurement units within one system of units including km, m, cm; kg, g; lb, oz.; l, ml; hr, min, sec. Within a single system of measurement, express measurements in a larger unit in terms of a smaller unit. Record measurement equivalents in a two-column table. For example, know that 1 ft is 12 times as long as 1 in. Express the length of a 4 ft snake as 48 in. Generate a conversion table for feet and inches listing the number pairs (1, 12), (2, 24), (3, 36),...
Use the four operations to solve word problems involving distances, intervals of time, liquid volumes, masses of objects, and money, including problems involving simple fractions or decimals, and problems that require expressing measurements given in a larger unit in terms of a smaller unit. Represent measurement quantities using diagrams such as number line diagrams that feature a measurement scale.
Apply the area and perimeter formulas for rectangles in real world and mathematical problems. For example, find the width of a rectangular room given the area of the flooring and the length, by viewing the area formula as a multiplication equation with an unknown factor.
